Here’s something you may not know about me… I am in absolute awe every time I see a horse.  These hauntingly beautiful, majestic creatures excite me, while giving me a sense of calm whenever I am in their presence.  If I could turn back time, I would have written my “mom and dad I need a puppy letter” a little differently.  Rather, it would have said, “mom and dad I need a horse.” LOL  I’m sure they would have laughed at me, but a girl can dream… Am.I.Right.

So this shoot was so incredibly special to me; not only did I get the opportunity to photograph one of the sweetest, most beautiful high school seniors I have ever met, I also happened to spot a man on his horse from across the field where we were shooting!  His kindness allowed me to capture an image that will always and forever be one of my favorites.  Dreams do come true when you sprint after a horse and make a complete fool of yourself 🙂  And oh was it so worth it!
